And I’m not talking about the run-of-the-mill selfishness that leads to so many a-holes being in executive leadership.

⛱️ Go on a 5-week sabbatical and still get promoted when you return…

💖 And bring more empathy, diversity, inclusion and compassion to the leadership table and completely change how business is run in the process.

This is my new definition of selfishness.
