Ep #200: Celebrating My Nonlinear Career Path
Welcome to the 200th episode of Women Changing Leadership!!!! 🥳🎉🎉🎉
In celebration of this major milestone, I want to talk about the power of nonlinear career paths.
Meaning:
I want to celebrate and share my own nonlinear career path from working as an improv performer in New York City to becoming a Promotion Strategist, Executive Coach and podcast host helping badass women leaders get promoted to the executive suite.
And I also want to celebrate your nonlinear career path as well.
Because, if you’re like most corporate badasses I work with, you didn’t dream of advancing to the executive suite at the start of your career, right?
And this is why the executive suite can feel so out of reach sometimes.
Not because you’re not qualified (you 100% are)…but because you just don’t identify as an executive leader. Yet.
So in this episode of Women Changing Leadership with Stacy Mayer, I’m sharing the three pivotal points in my career and life that helped me become who I am today so you can learn from them as well and apply these lessons to your career.
Let’s get started.
Want to receive the recognition you deserve, step into a higher leadership position, get paid for your ideas instead of the hours you put in at work, and enjoy more time, freedom, energy, and joy? Then you need to get your hands on a copy of Promotions Made Easy. Get your copy here.
What You'll Learn:
- How to do things your own way and still have traditional success
