You belong at the leadership table. Right now. As you are.

But I totally get why you may not feel that way right now.

The simple truth is:

When you don’t look, think, talk and act like the rest of the room, it’s easy to feel like you’re on the outside looking in.

So what do we do?

We hope that our organization will create that sense of belonging for us, or we look for other organizations where we might fit in better (fingers crossed!).

But this is an incredibly passive approach to your career.
