There is a powerful career tool I’ve been coaching my clients on for years that directly influences the amount of success you’ll have over the course of your career.

But I’ve barely ever mentioned it on this podcast.

And that something is:

Curiosity.

Or as I like to call it:

The Curiosity Index.

The Curiosity Index refers to the amount of curiosity you bring to your career.

Meaning:

🔎 Curiosity in your 1:1’s with your boss.

🔎 Curiosity during meetings with the executive team.

🔎 Curiosity about alllllll the opportunities available to you right now.

And your willingness to be curious about all these things (and more) is one of the most powerful tools for achieving next-level results in your career.
